You can print out the SmartChoice coupons from your computer each week and also get emailed when they are updated (top right corner “Get Coupons By Email” button). Below is the 2008 schedule for coupon inserts to appear for the Vlassis, SmartSource and Proctor & Gamble coupon inserts.
