I am furstrated because I am not receiving P&G Coupons or extended Red Plum. Red Plum indicated that the coupon locater on their site indicates cities not close to us, example I live in Las Vegas and coupons available in the Reno and Ely ?????
I spoke to rep. on Thur and they are aware of the problem! But, they can not send my coupons I have just missed out on, even through their site.
open to suggestions!!!

How can I not receive the mailer in my mailbox. It’s a waste to me as I do not even use it nor look at it and just throw it away.

I purchase the Sunday paper to get coupon inserts and the majority of the time they are not inserted. Can I receive them by mail. The newspaper tells me you do not supply enough to put in every paper.

Are there any rules for coupons? Is It one per family?

I work for Walgreens and I find too many people using coupons to no end. Take as much as you can. The abuse is tremendous . There are people buying million of papers just for the coupons not for the need of the merchandise.

Please put some rules or control for the out of control people.

They actually arne’t allowed to sell the inserts. However, many newspapers will allow stores to give away the inserts after the newspaper sell dates. Just ask your store what their policy is. I’ve heard gas stations/convenience markets often allow the inserts to be removed by consumers late Sunday or early Monday before the newspaper reps arrive to collect the unsold papers, but I haven’t done it myself. Also, several Dollar Tree type stores sell Sunday papers later in the week, inserts included, for $1 each, which might be a deal if there are great coupons that week.

Does anyone know if Smart Source or Red Plum will provide/sell inserts in bulk after the Sunday insertion date?

Different newspapers subscribe to different coupon inserts. I used to have a list of every newspaper/flyer that carried each of the inserts, by state and paper. Unfortunately, with the current economy, the subscriptions are changing, and different manufacturers are changing their markets as well, so everything is up in the air.

If you think you should have received coupons in your paper and didn’t, you can usually contact your newspaper subscription and ask…if they are supposed to be included and weren’t, they may send out an additional copy.

The other thing to try… ask your local stores what they do with weekend papers after the sell date. Often the newspaper delivery picks up the unsold papers for credit, but allows the stores to discard coupons (or provide them to customers) after the sell date.

I am from Erie, PA and we get our paper in the mail on Tuesdays. Many times when the mailing gets here, there are no coupons in it. Like today, 7-14-09… NO COUPON booklet.

Why is that? It happens very often. I see on your schedule that Red Plum and Smart Source were to in this flyer. Is there anything I can do to make sure I get them?
