		<description>I really like the heavy Ziploc bags for freezers.  You can also reuse the plastic bags from loaves of bread (cleaned), just fill one up with the muffins, then tuck that bag into a second one to give a double wrap.  Also, if you make a heavier muffin, like a bran or oatmeal muffin, it will retain moisture better than the lighter cake-style ones.  The main thing is to keep air away from the muffins, make sure the wrapping or bags you store them in seal tight.  HTH</description>
