Thank you Niki. You’re the best!

The therma care money maker didn’t work for me, the coupon is for $3 off a two pack and the one at the cheaper price with the Catalina is only a one pack! Bummer!

Walgreens didn’t work out as expected. Went for the gain dish soap. Got three, and had the in-store coupon to make them $0.89/ea plus three $1.00/off 1 from the P&G mentioned above. Employees [including manager] explained that per store policy the number of coupons could not exceed the number of items. I think that you can get around it by buying a small extra purchace… but didn’t think about that till now. Best I did on the fly was use the store coupon to bring them each down to .89/ea and only use two of my $1.00 off manuf. coupons.
Was disapointing, may go try it another way at another location.
Furthermore they would not accept the thermacare deal, either – saying that the coupon could not exceed the value of the item. Again, I think if I get some other small items in my cart it’ll work if I try again.

@Brandon: Yes, I learned this about Walgreens the hard way as well a couple of weeks ago. Basically there are two rules at Walgreens.

1. Number of coupons cannot exceed the number of items… So you can use multiple coupons per item, but have to have some other small purchase to equal them out.

2. Total value of coupons cannot exceed total amount of transaction… So to use a $1/1 coupon on the $0.89 soap, you need another item priced at least at $0.11, which will also even out the number of coupons to items since you’re trying to use 2 coupons.

Also, you cannot roll register rewards like you can at Albertson’s. Sometimes I won’t even get a RR if I pay with an RR, even if it was from a different promotion.
