Sure, with so many of us using mobile devices like smartphones and tablets, and as we can even take them into the kitchen with us, it may not be as necessary to print out recipes as it once was. Still, that doesn’t mean there aren’t plenty of us who like to have a physical copy of a recipe in hand. After all, they do offer a number of advantages to their digital counterparts. For example, if you spill any of your ingredients onto a sheet of printed paper, you can easily print out another copy. You can also take down last-minute notes, along with any alterations and substitutions.
There are plenty of printing troubleshooting tips and tricks online should you run into any problems too. When it comes to which printer you should use, however, that depends on what other printing needs you have. If you work from home, there’s HP’s renewed version of its NeverstopLaser, the first toner rank1 in the world. HP Inc. announced the product in October last year, along with two new Neverstop Laser models with network support.
More Printing, Less Downtime
HP KSA Managing Director Narayanan Venkataraman said that the Neverstop Laser technology enables you to use the printer for months without new toner and with significantly reduced downtimes. She added that the laser is the right solution for anyone who prints regularly and can who benefit from process continuity.
The Neverstop Laser made its first appearance in 2009 in Saudi Arabia when it changed the entire printing market. MFUs and printers represent the portfolio with an innovative method of refilling toner with a plunger in a matter of seconds. Using the continuous toner supply system, the device gives SMEs the opportunity to use an office printer that offers some great benefits.
Unique Advantage
The printer has a unique advantage: the user can print 5,000 pages with the starter toner supply. They can also print 2,500 pages with the refill lot, and can use the lowest printing cost in its class2. Every refill provides noticeable savings- a refill kit is less expensive than a standard cartridge with just 1,000 pages. So, you can increase the number of printing pages during operation by 2.5 times3.
The printer’s toner supply status is constantly displayed, as the device’s motoring sensor opens the gateway to add toner once the initial 2,500 pages have been printed. Thanks to this technology, the toner avoids spillage and making a mess during refuelling. Refilling the toner takes just 15 seconds.
No matter which printer you have or are looking to buy, if you like to have physical copies of recipes in the kitchen, following is how to print your favourite dishes. Just remember to stock up on all the necessary ingredients in advance.
How to Print Your Recipes
Windows: Highlight the recipe’s text, then right-click on it. Scroll to the line where it says “Print” and click. The printer window will offer to only print the selection. Should that not be the case, visit the print settings menu and choose “Print Selection”. An alternative method would be going to your browser’s file menu and clicking on “Print”. To print the entire page, with photos included, choose “Print” without selecting the text.
Mac: The printing process of a Mac isn’t all that different to that of printing on a Windows PC. Select “File” from the Safari browser menu, and scroll down and select “Print”. You could alternatively click on Command+P. If your HP printer will not print black or you encounter any other issues, remember that Google is your friend.
