Shopping is a fun thing to do. With it comes some responsibility. One such responsibility is checking with retailers often about product recalls. This ensures the safety of you and your family. If you have not checked out your favorite retailers lately, here are the latest Costco product recalls.
Food
Costco has about 15 product recalls. Of the 15, 4 are food. If you purchased Nestle Toll House Chocolate Chip cookie 80oz tubs with the UPC 50000-00934 or 50000-79587 there may be food grade rubber pieces in the package. If you have te product be sure to throw it out and contact nestle for a refund. The 36 oz Sukhis Chicken Marsala with UPC 7-67226-44791-9 and a use-by date of 6/19/2020 has been recalled as well as the Don Lee Farms Organic Chipotle Black Bean Burgers with UPC 087427438135.
Kids Items
The Contigo Kids Cleanable Water Bottle has a product recall due to a choking hazard from the water bottles spout. Affected bottles were purchased between February and June of 2019. The affected bottles have a black spout base and cover. To receive a refund, head over to Costco and present the item. The Huggies Pull-Up Promotional Childs Backpack was recalled. Electronics
There are several electronic recalls at Costco. The La Crosse Technology Wi-Fi Wind and Weather Station model C80758 has a software error. The error affects the calendar and temperature readings. The item would have been purchased between September and October of 2019. To replace the defective display, click here. In November of 2019, a safety recall was issued for the EcoBoulder Bluetooth Speaker Model GDI-EXBM900 Series. purchased between September 2016 and November 2017. The company sites problems with overheating batteries that are subject to combust and provide fragmentation and impact hazards to consumers. For battery replacement help click here.
